The Public Organization Invites Participants to the International Scientific and Practical Conference
The Public Organization invites scholars, practitioners, representatives of public authorities, law enforcement agencies, higher education institutions, the expert community, civil society organizations, students and all interested professionals to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference
“The Rule-of-Law State in the Context of Social Transformations: Guarantees of Security, Justice and Social Resilience.”
The event will take place on July 17, 2026, in Kraków, Republic of Poland.
The purpose of the conference is to create an open scientific and professional platform for discussing current issues related to the development of the rule-of-law state, the strengthening of democratic institutions, the protection of human rights and freedoms, the formation of a safe social environment, the enhancement of public trust, and the development of modern approaches to overcoming challenges caused by social, security-related and institutional transformations.
In today’s environment, the functioning of the rule-of-law state is of particular importance. Global changes, security threats, migration processes, the development of digital technologies, the transformation of social relations, the growing role of civil society and the need for effective protection of the individual require new scientific approaches, interdisciplinary analysis and practice-oriented solutions.
The conference aims to bring together representatives of various scientific schools, professional communities and institutions for a meaningful dialogue on ways to ensure justice, security and social resilience in the face of modern challenges. Special attention will be paid to the role of state and public institutions in protecting human rights, maintaining public order, developing legal culture, fostering responsible citizenship and strengthening social cohesion.
Employees of national and foreign law enforcement agencies, academic staff, researchers, representatives of higher education institutions, specialists in public administration, security, social development, human rights protection, as well as cadets, students, postgraduate students, adjuncts and attendees conducting scientific research in the areas of the conference are invited to participate.
During the conference, participants will discuss a wide range of current issues, including the transformation of the rule-of-law state in the context of modern social changes, guarantees for the protection of human rights and freedoms, mechanisms for maintaining public security, strengthening the institutional capacity of the state, developing legal awareness and legal culture, the role of education and science in building a resilient society, as well as international experience in responding to crisis phenomena.
The exchange of practical experience among conference participants will be of particular importance. The combination of scientific analysis, professional practice and international perspectives makes it possible to form a comprehensive understanding of modern challenges and to propose effective approaches to overcoming them.
The working languages of the conference are Ukrainian and English.
Based on the results of the International Scientific and Practical Conference, it is planned to publish a collection of conference proceedings.
